Swiss Gastro Bakery Beijing Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006 in China as a Wholly-Foreign-Owned enterprise, and belongs 100% to Swiss Gastro Bakery Holding AG in Switzerland.


Located in Huairou Yanqi lndustrial Development Zone, Beijing City, Swiss Gastro Bakery occupies over 13,000m² land area with over 4,000m² building area.


The plant is equipped with the latest technology equipment imported from Europe. The facilities are designed and installed to meet the highest hygiene standards in the bakery industry. We combine European traditional recipes and bakery techniques with modern technologies to provide health, nutrition, convenience, taste and cost savings to our customers.


Swiss Gastro Bakery follows the highest quality manufacturing practices of Swiss tradition and creation of European style fresh and frozen breads and pastries. The Company specializes in Swiss Croissants, Danish pastry, Bread Rolls, Bread Loafs, Muffins, Savories and many other bakery products.

Our range of products is focused on the needs of the market. We consider product development to be a tool that is fully oriented towards the customer and contributes to satisfying all his needs and expectations.

Highest quality is our mission. Continuous inspections and controls ensure that the hygiene directive (HACCP), which governs the monitoring and documentation of all important parameters in food production, is maintained. Our continuous quality improvements ensure that products, processes and services are fully optimized. Only conscientiously tested raw materials are allowed into the production process. And in these production processes we focus on careful dough processing and optimum dough feed.

Yeast suspension systems allow us to work with a minimum of additives only, and to provide products with a particularly natural taste. Preservatives are not used at all. This makes us one of the best performing suppliers in the industry.

Certification by the HACCP and ISO Standards confirm the food safety standard of our products. Swiss Gastro Bakery meets these standards „at a higher level“.
